Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Asia/Amman).
Response Time SLA
General questions: within 24 business hours.
Account access issues: within 12 business hours.
Critical platform issues: initial response within 4 business hours.
Access Requests
Course membership/access requests are reviewed in the order received. Most requests are processed within 1 business day after payment/approval confirmation.
Escalation
If your issue is unresolved after 2 business days, reply to your support thread with subject line: Escalation Request.
